• In 2001 she started her professional career at McKinsey & Company, Inc. She worked for a large number of clients across all industries and was an expert and project manager in the People & Organizational Performance Practice, focusing on large transformation projects and capability building programs.
• Sandra is a certified Management Coach by the German Psychologist Academy and is certified for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
